Justin Thompson has been passionate about coffee roasting since the late 1990s, when he first experimented with a popcorn popper to roast his own beans. What began as a hobby soon evolved into a pursuit of perfection, leading him to refine his craft with commercial roasting equipment.
When he’s not leading the Tech Ops team at Deployed Technologies, Justin is roasting coffee downstairs at Gallery Coffee!
