Nestled in a newly renovated 8,000 square foot historic building from the 1800s, it features high tin ceilings, reclaimed hardwood floors, and original brickwork.

Gallery Coffee Roastery is a run by General Manager Justin Thompson, a roaster veteran. We offer a rotating selection of fresh coffee, from all over the globe, as well as few custom blends to keep things interesting.
Our mission is to source, roast, and share some of the finest coffee on earth. Stop in, say hello, and enjoy a brew (or two), along with some homemade pastries.
Justin Thompson has been passionate about coffee roasting since the late 1990s, when he first experimented with a popcorn popper to roast his own beans.
